A Very Mod New Year’s Eve

New Year’s Eve is already here (totally snuck up on us this year!), and we’ve got exciting plans this year! We’re heading to the Worn Magazine MOD party with No Kings Collective and Dandies & Quaintrelles to make some DIY grilled cheese and toast to 2013. What are you up to?

With that in mind, here are some fun and festive mod outfit ideas to ring in the new year that you can easily put together with items from your closet – and a few from ours!

Colorblock Shift Dress + Lady Tie

Pair this fun look with some white tights and fun platform pumps, and you’re ready for a mod night on the town! Plus, no two are alike, so you’re sure to have a unique conversation-starter at any get-together.

City Bloomers + Printed Turtleneck

These funky shorts look great with a leopard-print turtleneck and fun tights. Added bonus: They’re completely flexible and super comfortable, which means you can dance your way to 2013 without worrying about busting a seam!

LBD + Jennifer Jeremias Geometric Brass Earrings

These earrings make any outfit a rockin’ one, especially the always-classy Little Black Dress. Wear them as a pair or mix-n-match one with a fun stud in the other ear.

Simple Striped Dress + Neon Fabric Paper Glue Clutch

These clutches have enough color to last a lifetime! Match with a simple black and white striped dress and a fierce cat-eye, and you may just get mistaken for Twiggy.

For the guys, if you need the finishing touch to your look, check out our outlined skinny ties.

For others men’s pieces, check out our neighbors – Rock it Again, Dr K’s and Junction.

See you at the party!
