Cate brought us this dress. The color and lace were exquisite, but it was too snug on top. So snug, in fact, that she couldn’t fasten it up and a rip had formed on the side.

 So, Kristen and Cate agreed to turn it into a skirt.  After taking in the sides (to remove the hole) and adding a zipper, Kristen topped it off with a black waistband. The waistband not only allows the skirt go with everything, but also adds a little interest.

Cate now has a pretty new skirt just in time for the holidays!
